Hi my name is Lesley and I am a food studies student at Duchy College, Stoke Climsand in Cornwall.  My current module is food quality and safety and my assignment is to conduct and produce an audit on a food production area.  I am gathering information and any help from fellow members would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
