Hi Guys,

I'm struggling to find regulation about BIO/ORGANIC/ECO raw material storage.

because soon I'll have ISO 9001 audit and i think that with BIO products you can storage them on racking close to each other but only if the are labelled and kept separated from rest of non bio etc.. .

Dos any one know where I can find proper information about storage BIO/ORGANIC food (we pack flakes, for yogurts)  ?

Thanks for Help.

At the minute we have only 9001 2008 next year hopefully we will do BRC , getting ready now so that’s why I’m asking for help with this and I couldn’t find any answers in internet. Maybe I didn’t look properly but I have spend 8 h just constantly looking after any single thing and all what I found it was only about farmers and meat factory’s . That’s the story.
Thanks :)

there will be lots of really good information on this site for BRC, if that is where you want to go, then start headed that way.

We are organic here and the organic part is certified by Pro Cert (canadian) and the food safety is SQF.....I have to ensure that the written programs satisfy both organizations.

Forgive my ignorance, but is Poland a member of the EU?

Hi,
Yes Poland is in UE ,
I know that we have to start going BRC way, but I can’t make procedure which one don’t complay with actual state of factory.
I need to find out about segregation at warehouse, how is it looks like.
Do I need to make other room for organic? Or just properly sregregation and labelling will be enough?
If you are able to give me link or anything like that where I could find those information?

Many thanks
