Hi everyone!

We have a camera vision system in our machines and all our products are passing through this. Once the equipment detected abnormalities like wrong deco, shape, etc. it is being rejected and ejected. By the way, we manufacture plastic caps.

Do you have any information that can be shared and what items should I be needing to show that the equipment is functioning well (detection & rejection) and are capable of being effective.

Do we need to have any validation/verification? Can you share any document that can support this matter.

Will appreciate your help.

Thank you in advance!  :helpplease:

Send deformed/broken caps through and make sure they get rejected a few times per shift. No different then verifying a metal detector.
