Attached is an example using a SWOT analysis using a Risk/Opportunity matrix. What you will need to do is identify all internal strengths and weaknesses as well as threats from outside and opportunities you can invest in. You will want to have a rating rubric to identify likelihood of risk and impact of risk; you will do the same for opportunities. Any high ranking risks or opportunities should have actions addressed to lower their initial rating. You will only consider things that would affect your strategic direction

I just threw together some ratings; you can adjust based on your own rubric and guidelines

I'm also attaching a blank TOWS Matrix (Threat, Opportunities and Weaknesses into Strengths) that further allows you to leverage power form the initial SWOT analysis

The difference between risk and opportunities is not as clear to me in the log as they have the same summary /detail description

Thanks a lot for all the input!

I notice a different approach: in Italy it's normally used a descriptive way for document abroad it is a schematic one!
