Please help me to upgrade the existing SOP for hanlding of customer complaints as it is very basic. If some one would like to share with me a advanced SOP for customer complaint handling specially manufacture of bottled water, it will be a great help for me.

Hi Athula,

 

Can you advise if you are following any particular GFSI scheme or is it just for internal procedures?

Also, can you point out the pattern or flow that you follow in your "basic" SOP.
