This is from the EPA on tolerance levels in certain crops. I am having trouble figuring out if our Oats (recleaned or steam rolled) are under the 1.0 ppm or the .05 ppm levels. Out product is used for feed. The chemical in question is Deltamethrin. Help please! 

 

(2) A tolerance of 0.05 ppm is established for residues of the insecticide deltamethrin, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on all food/feed items (other than those covered by a higher tolerance as a result of use on growing crops) when deltamethrin is used in food/feed handling establishments or as a wide-area mosquito adulticide. Compliance with the tolerance levels specified is to be determined by measuring only deltamethrin,

 

But in the table before it says the following (we fall in the crop group 15):

 

§180.435   Deltamethrin; tolerances for residues.

(a) General. (1) Tolerances are established for residues of deltamethrin, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities listed in the following table. Compliance with the tolerance levels specified is to be determined by measuring only deltamethrin, (1R,3R)-3-(2,2-dibromovinyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylic acid (S)-alpha-cyano-3-phenoxybenzyl ester, and its major metabolites, trans-deltamethrin, (S)-alpha-cyano-m-phenoxybenzyl(1R,3S)-3-(2,2-dibromovinyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylate, and alpha-R-deltamethrin, ®-alpha-cyano-m-phenoxybenzyl-(1R,3R)-3-(2,2-dibromovinyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylate, in or on the commodity.

So is it 1.0 ppm or .05 ppm?

"(other than those covered by a higher tolerance as a result of use on growing crops)" would refer to the table your crop falls under (the table you included); the limit would be 1.0 ppm. All others food stuffs/feed outside this table or not listed in any other table would be 0.05 ppm
