Afaik no. It's a sizeable Volume.

 

I have always had to go to a local Technical Library to consult  it. Or a friendly neighborhood University.

I already downloaded the Food Chemical Codex 5th Edition (file size 19.2 mb pdf format) but the sad thing is that I spend a lot of time searching for the recent codex but I can't find anything .

Currently I am conducting Hazard Analysis on our Raw Materials and I barely needed the updated one.
