Hi, has anyone else handling fresh produce from northern European growers found higher than average microbiological levels this season versus previous seasons /  years.  Interested in whether there is a general trend on this given the challenging growing and irrigation pressures this summer. thanks

Just eat,

I noticed that no one had responded for you yet. I spoke with my qa/qc and they have not noticed any uptrend in micro levels. Just price.

Cheers!

Hi Just eat,

Unfortunately, as stated, the query is sort of unanswerable IMO.

Need some context  / actual data.

Levels of ? For ? Product/Presentation ?

RTE ?

ICMSF/HPA stopped suggesting Micro. Standards for some factors, eg APC, many Years ago.

Kind Regards,
