Hi All,

Does anyone have experience using MicroSnap for Finished product testing? Would you recommend it as a quick and efficient way for testing the Finished products (cosmetics)?

Currently we are using contract manufacturers to produce our products and we are thinking of ways to perform in-house testing within a distribution centre environment where we don't have the budget or lab infrastructure. Since Microsnaps by Hygiena  require minimum sampling, we are thinking of adapting it as our preliminary micro-testing program.

Could anyone recommend the best way to do this in an office set-up? What are the conditions the testing room need to have to run such preliminary testing and how could it be achieved?

We tried to reach hygiena on this, but we haven't obtained a response yet.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Cheers,

V

I would set up a clean room if you can, with a self closing door. Then build a lab, even if it's just 5 x 5 or big enough for one person with one table.

Fresh paint, solid floor etc, curved wall junctions for ease of cleaning

You may also want to put in an exhaust fan to ensure any contaminates that may be present are removed prior to testing

But all of this of course depends on your budget!
