Bernard Young Hong Lee : What is oPRP. Is it like CP in HACCP? If yes, how do they differ? Does oPRP require Corrective Action Report in case of non-compliance? What would be an example of oPRP?
Chrystal Brown : i did simon
Simon Timperley : Ok if you tried everything Chrystal you will have to wait for the recording.  Sorry.
JOCELYN  LEE : Returned...
Chrystal Brown : Thanks for your help :(

MUHAMMAD HASSAN SHAHZAD TAJ : interesting actions and risks slide great
AISHA KULSOOM : hi
Mohamed  Hassan : can you tell me example for internal external issues and intersted parties
Chrystal Brown : oPRP stands for Operational Prerequisite Programs and the are specific to your manufacturing system. In other words they are special types of PRP. They are also control measures aimed at maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
Ivonne Rodriguez : hello from Toluca
hanu hreddy@vegola.com : hi Reddy here from India.
JOSEPH ADEWUYI : Joseph from Lagos Nigeria
Bernard Young Hong Lee : Thank you Chrystal. It's interesting when you say 'specific to ... system'. PRP is general to various manufacturing systems vs. oPRP is specific to a particular manufacturing system? If so, treat oPRP as if you are treating PRP (part of GMP), not CP (part of HACCP)?
Lweendo Munsanje : Lweendo from Zambia..
Faadia  Mohammed : Hi there, from Trinidad and Tobago
Javier Soliz : Buona giornata from the US
Tina Block : hello! Tina Block from USA
Ileana Iorga : Hello
MISTI  ELLIS : Hello All
Ana  Avalos Ramos : Hello All
Ali Nasr Farah badwy : My question is there any obligation on our part to notify the retail stores or consumers of this recipe change?
Simon Timperley : Ali, I think you asked already on the forum: https://www.ifsqn.co...ange/?hl=recipe
Robyn  Wallace : When my site was initially certified to ISO 22000, we had a difficult time with the term 'oPRP' since it is not included in traditional US HACCP training.  To help, we looked at oPRPs as analogous to CPs.  Is this reasonable?
Amit Kheradia : Having Risk-based food safety systems is definitely a economic and effective way of controlling hazards, even more, I agree with the view,  incorporating Opportunities into the model does make great sense. What's worrying however is having different models for various system elements e.g. calibration, supplier etc. How easy would it be to integrate this risk factors in order to get an overall system risk score? Wouldn't it be like comparing apples to oranges in a metaphorical way?
Jairo Romero : Great lecture, thank you so much. Could you please expand a little bit more about compliance management? this is such a new and huge issue..
Esperanza Tomás : do the preventive controls usualy coincide with CCP?
Chrystal Brown : While both oPRPs and CCPs are determined after a hazard analysis; oPRPs are not based on critical limits and they don't have absolute control over a hazards.
Esperanza Tomás : Thank you. The webinar was excellent
Robyn  Wallace : By CP I mean Control Point.  No CCP.
MISTI  ELLIS : Hello from Oklahoma!
Amit Kheradia : Thanks, George and Simon, great great presentation!
Tina Block : Great...thank you.
Tina Block : CCP is a processs preventive control right?
Sarah Exter : Hi G, great presentation. just quick one. Is  SF360 software available in following languages:  polish, spanish, russian and brazilian protugees?
Robyn  Wallace : In the US, we are required to meet the Food Safety Modernization Act requirements for Preventive Controls.  We have combined our HACCP Plan (for ISO 22000 certification) and our Food Safety/Preventive Controls plan (for the FDA).  We have no yet been audited by the FDA, but have you seen this combined plan work in your experience?
Chrystal Brown : When you are thinking about oPRPs think about you system, what are your hazards (e.g. temperature). then consider what must be in place for temperature management. The CCP would establish the limits
Manfred  Agbor : How do we control allergens in work place vending machines
Hari V : Does  safe food 360 implement systems with tailor made solutions??
Hari V : Does safe food 360 implement systems with tailor made solutions??
Simon Timperley : www.ifsqn.com/forum
Javier Soliz : Safefood 360 is GREAT!
Robyn  Wallace : Thanks and great lecture.
Don Mubanga : We have combined HACCP and PC plan and FDA had no issue with it.
James DeLaMare : We just completed an SQF audit and the auditor di accept our approach of combining HACCP and HARPC plans
Noah Bogosia : Thanks for the presentation.
Ana  Avalos Ramos : thanks for the good presentation
Betzy  Gil : Thanks for a great presentation
Brooke Rehberg : Thank you!!
Mohamed  Hassan : thank you very much
