Hello everyone,
I am Syed Umer Sohail a fresh Food Technologist and recently started working as a Quality Assuarance & Quality Control Manager in a confectionery industry and accepted a challenging goal of developing a complete food safety and hygiene culture in factory beginning from obtainig the government food manufacturing licence and also working on Halal Certification and FSMS Implimentation but first I've to develop a Quality Control lab for confectionery based products and for that I'm looking forward for guidance from IFSQN members.
