Hi, I am Kina.

 

How do you address the requirement for 4.15 ISO/TS 22002-4: 2013  Food Defence and bioterrorism. This is for plastic flexible packaging  manufacturer

 

Is it through the Site Security Assessment only?

You could do a Risk Assessment Ranking for your facility and ID areas of most exposure to Bioterrorism and corrective measures to be put in place. Once your product leaves your facility, it's out of your control.
