Hi All,
Got confused a bit here.
It is necessary to write CCP determination form, what if our plant doesn't have a CCP and we only have CP? Is it necessary to write CP determination form?
- Here I am referring to the Form 10.

The short answer is NO you do not need to complete a form 10 if you do not have any CCP's
Just ensure that you've followed a really strict combined form 8 (that is form 5, 6,7 & 8) to be sure you do not have any CCP's
When an inspector arrives and reviews the combined 8 and see's that you have determined there are no CCPs (and they agree with your conclusion) then they wouldn't expect to see a form 10

It will be, poster lists Canada as their country and we have new regs rolling our in January so expect to see lots more Canadian traffic on here
Once roll out commences, all import/exporters, manufacturers distributors etc MUST be licensed and MUST have a PCP plan....CFIA is using the well written FSEP manual as the basis of the PCP which includes a form 10
Most Canadian auditors for GFSI are very familiar and comfortable with the FSEP program and will ask if that's the HACCP plan format you are following
