I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the moderator and members for all your work here. I learned a lot from topics I have viewed. BTW I am JR from the Philippines. I am working now at a baker's yeast manufacturing company. I am new in the food industry so I have no idea of some of the terms I am encountering.
