Norah  Nazih : just I  had bad connection ....
Nidia Maldonado : No connection
Tausi Abdul Mkalimoto : Hi,Greetings from Tanzania
Mosab  Al hasan  : Greeting from saudi arabia
Sania Tanveer : hello everyone
Tamieka  Sewell : ISO 22000:2018 3.11 critical control point CCP step in the process (3.36) at which control measure(s) (3.8) is (are) applied to prevent or reduce a significant food safety hazard (3.40) to an acceptable level, and defined critical limit(s) (3.12) and measurement (3.26) enable the application of corrections (3.9)
Eric Rudge : what about metal detection??
Mel Morris : So it is not necessary to be the 'last point in the process' where you can control the hazard? In the past, if you had multiple metal detectors, only the last one would be a CCP the rest would be CM? Is that no longer so?
Eric Rudge : what do we call a metal detector as a CCP?
Mel Morris : ty
John Elwer : So doesn't that make every PRP an OPRP? why else would i have the program?
Mohamed Hassan : whats a different between ccp , cp  and oprp
Taru ArorA : Hi, is storage temp of finished product is CCP or OPRP?
Taru ArorA : Thanks!
Sherif  Ali : Pesticide residue in agriculture product is CCP or OPRP?
Shanna Angle : We are a packaging manufacturer, we measure and record the height and diameter of our cans.  If off it does not affect food safety; is this a CCP?
Stefan Dano : yep
sini menon : so,no more the term critical limit
Muhammad Zahir   Ghori : hi
Pratiwi Isnaeni : If I have 2 steps to screen metal, mess and magnetic device. if the magnetic device is the final screening to prevent logam contamination then the magnetic device is ccp amd the mess is oprp. is it right?
Narongchai Yookittichai : oPRP looks like Preventive Control in FSMA (Sanitation PC / Allergen PC / Supply Chain PC)
Muhammad Zahir   Ghori : Hi
Zeenatu Adams : please your factory has only HACCP certification do these changes also apply?
Zeenatu Adams : o
Marven Marchan : Hi, which we should consider as a Critical Limit? The process is Washing of Meat @ 2degC and Residual Chlorine of 50-100ppm. Our existing Critical Limit is Meat Temperature @ 4deg C and Residual Chlorine at 50-100ppm. Is that correct?
Rony James : Microbilogical testing a ccp or prp?
Prabhjot Ashat : All the filter and Screens in the process will be oPRP ?
amina deji-logunleko : HACCP is mentionm
Poh Ching : what TS series to be used for client with nitrogen gas production
Angela Aucoin : FSSC Auditors interpret should as shall
Noah Bogosia : Q.Is it still relevant to use the traditional CCP decision tree for determining CCPs for food safety systems that has progressed from HACCP-based to ISO 22000-based?
Mallika Thapa : This was very informative. Thank you
Iryna Dyachenko : If our X-ray is not able to identify the low density bones, what are possible corrective actions to reply to the supplier considering that the NCR has been sent to the Raw Material supplier?
Rick Noteboom : Thank you for your enlightening vision on the new standard. Good brainteasers to bring into the weekend!
Marven Marchan : What is really the difference of Process Decision Tree from Process Decision Tree in ISO22000? is Raw Material Decision Tree still applicable?
Olukunle Abiola : there is a problem with the audio quality
John Elwer : Is there a regulatory guidance on how small of a metal particle would cause harm? FDA only states 7-25mm for choking hazard.
Iryna Dyachenko : customer
Iryna Dyachenko : breadd products
Iryna Dyachenko : breaded products
Iryna Dyachenko : RTE
Shu Zhu : How to identify significant hazard in new 2018 satandard, is it same as old version via decision tree?
Marven Marchan : What is really the Difference in Raw Material Decision Tree between Process Decision Tree?
Iryna Dyachenko : nuggets
Narongchai Yookittichai : sudarat chunpranlert / FSSC comprise ISO 22000+ISO/TS 22002-X+ Additional Requirements and recognized by GFSI, but ISO 22000 standalone is not GFSI recognized.
amina deji-logunleko : Will therealways b e a ccp IN A RAW MATERIAL PROCESS?
Melanie Edington : many thanks for a valuable update and clarity of the changes
Henry Saingura : i want to attend more it so useful.
Sherif  Ali : Application of decision tree is the Same ???
Jennyfer Alejo Riveros : hi simon, i would to know if can i get the slides? sorry if you told us before about it, i can not remember.....
Vasilis Theodossiou : Is it fair to say that in the new ISO 22000:2018 we have two risk assessments? One for the product and one for the organization (4.1 & 6.1)?
Thies Dols : The incorporation of the new ISO 22000 into FSSC 22000 is expected to be published by May 2019 and will be audited from Jan 2019.
Narongchai Yookittichai : sudarat chunpranlert / FSVP program is verification program whether the manufacturer implements the HARPC and FSMA. so ISO 22000 is not HARPC as in 21 CFR Part 117.
Narongchai Yookittichai : Thies Dols / Will be audited from Jan 2020.
Dominique Allimann : are there updates/changes with regards to Pest control
Giulianna Vieira : Can we consider Preventive Controls (FSMA) the same as the OPRPs?
Narongchai Yookittichai : Giulianna Vieira / I think CCP = Process PC, but other 3 (Sanitation / Allergen / Supply Chain) are oPRPs.
Elizabeth Rachwitz : Will this presentation be available to us after please?
Pavan Shukla : In Plastic How can we say that there may be any allergan?

Eric Rudge : whats the most drastic change from the 2005 version?
Deyvid  Ugalde : Taking account FSSC 22000 is based on ISO 22000, could we expect to have a new version of FSSC 22000 due to changes in ISO 22000?
John Elwer : Mariëlle Buitelaar, food fraud would be a PRP. It is in FSSC 22000, but not ISO 22000.
Ana Apostol : Thank you!
Ruth Martínez Lago : I completely agree, metal detectors dont qualify to be CCPs.
Mario Echandi-Bachtold : Great presentation, I guess ISO 22000 is aligning with Preventive Controls and other FS International Standards
