Hi All, 

 

My name is Laima Cepokaitiene. Originally i am from Lithuania , but living in Ireland since Dec 2005.

 

I am working in Food Industry around 10 years and still found need learn a lot.

 

I was searching some information as regarding cooking validation and found this website, which i found very helpful.
