So, no you don't want to ship eggs with frozen as they will crack if the temperature is too low

Temperature should be between 0C and 4C

see also this article about the difference between north america (canada/us) and Europe for the egg production

Different regions = different requirements.

For instance, in the USA everyone expects Eggs to be transported and held under refrigeration and the consumer is expected to place eggs in the refrigerator at home.

Where we are in Panama right now eggs are not placed in refrigation at any point - Just bought eggs yesterday at store and they are sitting in a bowl on top of the counter here.

As to transporting eggs with frozen - no, they would crack.

Depends on region.
In Europe 72 hours in 0..5 c is allowed to transport. In europe its not allowed to sell chilled egg (temp lower 5 c).
Read regulation 589-2008.
Usally we transport in ambient temperature.
If we must transport chilled egg products and shell eggs, then of course temp 0..5 c.
But.. In summer time it can cause condensation and futher microbiological risks.
In Europe on primary packages we must write "end-users must keep eggs chilled"
