because after the extraction we always will have the problems of getting ride from the spent earth

With regards to inclusion in animal meal, I have referred in my answer this option too.
Read the lines ....."Refineries are part of extraction process........".
What I mean to say, adding directly to animal meal is not healthy choice, however after extraction the oil from solvent extraction process the oil containing high FFA will be out from the spent bleaching earth and the silica from the spent bleaching earth will transfer to the cake (meal), this meal can be used for animal feed.
But please note if you are GMP plus B1 certified you can not opt this option, since GMP plus B1 strictly mentioned about not to add spent bleaching earth into meal or extraction process.
