My name is Nancy I am from Zimbabwe and am working at a BRC certified canning company. We are working on getting certification for BRC issue 8 and  hope to learn a lot from here.

What products are you canning at your company and what GFSI scheme are you certified with?

We are canning two varieties of pineapple i.e Smooth Cayenne and MD2. in different can sizes either as slices,chunks,tidbits,crush,spears etc.

 

We are BRC v7,IFS vs 6.1,SGC and FSSC 22000 certified.We are soon going for global Gap for our plantations.
