Hi All,

I work for a food distribution warehouse and we don't currently carry any seafood other than canned tuna. We currently handle raw and frozen meat (beef and chicken) with training and SOP's for those activities.   If all we are adding is frozen, packaged fish that we will receive, store and ship as is, are there regulatory or voluntary standards we would need new SOP's or training for?  Is seafood in this instance viewed differently by auditors or inspectors?
