We run out of black pepper and fresh ginger for our production, to complete our production, we bought the needed remaining ingredients from Whole Foods (approximately 3lbs each). My question, do we need to request COA for these materials?
My second question, we will be running product with natural bacon flavor, I was told we need to inform USDA, I think we don’t need to since we will be using flavoring not the actual bacon.
