Hi folks

Could someone share a HACCP PLAN for a bottled water facility ?

Assumption: public water source intake, reverse osmosis and UV in use.

Addition of minerals

Packaging into glass bottles.

Thank you.

Hi Glenn,

Didn't see any exact match on the Forum  but these were the nearest I found to yr request -

https://www.ifsqn.co...er/#entry106072

2nd file - (MF/RO/UV)(CCPs/POAs identified)

3rd  file - (RO/MF/ozone)(CCPs identified)

---------------------------------------------------------------

https://www.ifsqn.co...drinking-water/

Post 7- (file wa1)(MF/RO/UV/H2O2/Cl2)(condensed hazard analysis)(quite neat CCP tree)

Post 5 -  2nd  excel (UV/MF/ozone) (hazard analysis)

Posts 3, 4(sublink) (UV/MF)(detailed process hazard analysis)

As you can see, all the permutations above included MF also.

MF = membrane  filter

RO = reverse osmosis

POA = point of attention

Kind Regards,

Charles.C
