Usually the vendor should supply documentation that the product has:

 

A) been approved by your countries food safety organization for use (as per the directions/dilutions)

 

B) independent lab results showing it is not harmful for food contact surfaces when the directions/dilutions are followed

 

If your supplier cannot give you both/one or the other....find another vendor
