Hello,

In my winemaking process I have about 80 items that are listed as ingredients. Some of these, like Carbon or DE, can be classified as a processing aid. Is there any advantage to separating these out into 2 different lists for receiving and Hazard Analysis?

No, unless you have completely separate warehousing space OR your processing aids are considered "toxic chemicals" under the code

Consider also, that at some point they will cross paths with one another anyway once they get put into production.
