Hi All.

Does anyone know where I can find nitrogen factors for game including venison and duck? I’ve got nitrogen factors for everything else, such as beef, chicken, lamb, various fish etc but I can’t seem to find any references to venison or duck. If anyone had any guidance, I’d be very grateful.

Many thanks

Alex

Upon reading your question, I wondered about what "nitrogen factors" were in the first place. I had never heard of that term before. From the brief digging I did, I could not find much about game meat nitrogen factors. Probably because game meats are wild and may fluctuate. However, I did stumble upon this:

For Ducks - https://www.ncbi.nlm...les/PMC4990891/

For other Game - http://www.ipcbee.co...S2013-F1018.pdf <- Doesn't provide direct # for nitrogen, but might be useful.

This one as well - https://www.aafco.or...ein-Factors.pdf

Hope these help.
