Hi all, My name is Ron Pribyl. QA manager at Minnesota Dehydrated Vegetables.

I've been in food manufacturing quality in the US for over 30 years.

I find that we all need some help now and then. There are old and new requirements that need clarification from time to time.

This forum can really help by providing assistance to each other. No sense in reinventing a policy/procedure.

Your interpretation of a policy procedure can be modified to meet my needs to help me move along and vice versa.

So let's all keep an open mind and share when we have the time.

Best regards to all of you,

Ron Pribyl

Hi there Glen,

Our belt driven dehydrator will only dry products such as dice and slice vegetables like potato, beet, onion.

I’m thinking that you would need drum drying. Specialty products and technology may be able to help you. Grask@specialtyprod.com is the president and he would be able to answer your question.

Best regards,

Ron Pribyl
