We currently have a HACCP program that has been discontinue.  We are looking for a new program but are in a very remote location that offers only dial up internet there fore a cloud based HACCP program just isn't feasible.  We are looking for a program that offers an actual program that can be loaded onto our computers via CD, DVD or thumb drive.  Can anyone give us suggestions where to look.
