Hope everyone is well

 

Im hoping some one can assist me.

 

Im looking for a ISO 22000:2018 Implementation Plan and Organisation risk Analysis spreadsheet. Just need to check how far I am from completion and if I have covered everything  :unsure:

ISO 22000-2018 recommends risk and opportunity assessment dept wise and compile to a one comprehensive document. attached is the spread sheet for your convenience.

however is this the spreadsheet you use for Organisation risk Analysis?

 

As per my understanding : Organisation Risk Analysis is a proven way of identifying and assessing factors that could negatively affect the success of a business or project. It allows you to examine the risks that you or your organization face, and helps you decide whether or not to move forward with a decision

Dear Twinkle

Yes we are using the attached spreadsheet. This spread sheet covers both risk and opportunity(issues) assessment where risk is negative effect on overall performance of the organization and opportunity is the positive. Refer Clause 4.1 of ISO 22000-2018 standard  Note 1.
