Hi, all! 

 

I am revising the receiving form we have and it's all in a language I cannot speak and it seems to be very complicated! Can anyone share a simple raw material receiving inspection form? SQF.

Typically involves Sampling /Testing/Decision Making (or Not).

 

IMEX Forms's content-layout varies with the specific application.

 

Can you give a little context ?

 

eg

 

Delivery Vehicle Type = eg Refrigerated, open Truck ?

Lot Size = ? eg Container Loads ?

Type product = ? Frozen, Cooked, Raw,   etc

Presentation/Packing/Condition  = ?

Product Specification = ?
