Dear colleagues,

IFS says that the content of the corporate policy have to be broken down into spesific objectives. Does this mean that  you have to write the objectives in the policy? Or can you write them down in some other document? Do you have to have objectives for environmental responsibility, sustainability and ethics as well?

Thank you so much in advance,

Viivi

Hi Viivi

The standard practice is to write all  company polices separately and make references to these policies in a corporate policy. This way your corporate policy would be short document. if an auditor would like to see a detailed policy objectives in any area. He/she can view the referred policy document.

Yes you should have objectives  for environmental , sustainability and ethics as well as most major customer would like to see these objectives
