Dear You can develop Food safety Cuture Like this :

 

1-Arrange a monthly discussion session at ground level to overcome the problems and to promote food safety culture

2-Organization has decided to celebrate the World Food Safety day by arranging a Walk in the Mill

3-Organization has decided to Promote Hygiene Practice by evaluating and grading the personnel hygiene and cleaning of plants and giving the title Best Plant of the Year Prize.

4-Management will Promote the Environment “Lead By Example “by wearing all PPE’s and maintaining all GMPs

5-Food safety Team will implement the Culture of “No Entry Without PPEs and restrict the Entries without authentication

 

These are few examples.Make its plan and excaution plan ,responsiblity etc.
