Does your facility purify your own drinking water?

     - Filter changing logs

     - Calibration logs (possibly in house or from an external company)

     - Test samples run by an outside lab.

Does your local township/city provide your potable drinking water?

     - Certificate of potable water from your local government (township/city)

Do you purchase already purified water from a manufacturer?

     - Certificate of potable water from your manufacturer.

Exactly, you need to let us know where you are getting the drinking water from, and from there you can develop an audit checklist. For example we have an outside contractor that services and provides us with the drinking water. They come out every month and do an thorough check of everything using a checklist.

Hi Ravidin,

You will almost certainly find that there is a National Standard for Potable Water (ie Drinking Water) which will define the requirements to be achieved/documented by a potential supplier.

Details/Further requirements will depend on factors such as those in Post 2.

Kind Regards,

Charles.C
