Hello everybody.

We are trying to get some new heating sealing jaws for an old packaging machine.

Does anyone has an idea of what material they are made of??

I have read for stainless steel, and Cu/Alu alloy, but i did not find any specific informations.

Any suggestions would help.

Thank you.

I don't know...sadly

Have you tried taking the existing jaws to a metal fab shop and talking to them?  That's where be where I would start

Nearly all Thermal Impulse Heat Sealers I've dealt with use Aluminum for the jaws as they don't soak the heat out of the NiChrome element as severely and cool down more quickly. If this is the type of sealer you're talking about, the jaw is covered with a Teflon release tape anyway, so no risk of transfer.
