I am in search for updates on new food safety checklist and guidelines for our group of restaurants i manage.

Do you currently have a food safety checklist that you're using? What is listed on it?

This will help with identifying areas that you're missing and can update accordingly.

Are these restaurants in the Philippines or in another country. While the required information shouldn't change too much between countries, there could be some differences.
