We are trying to separate filling of beverages and packing with palletizing[?] by a PVC strip curtain. (example picture of curtain below) I was wondering if this is ok? We do not have enough room to make a solid wall to separate the 2 processes. Anyone have experience in this? thank you

no pic attached.

Something tells me this may not fly in the eyes of an Auditor.

Considering that I was an Auditor I'd be asking for at least a risk analysis.

It may depend on the operational objective.

If you want people to intermingle between sections, this option is convenient. But a risk assessment, eg cross-contamination potential, is then necessary.

Alternatively, If a solid wall is intended, prefabricated sandwich aluminium/polyurethane(?) "walls" take 1-day to install and use minimal floor space.

Kind Regards,
