Hi all,

Hoping that I can get help from my favorite go to site. My issue is that our company which packs citrus uses a non-food grade sticker gum remover for our sticker machines which can become sticky quickly. We have been told that we must use a FG remover. Can anyone in Australia recommend a good one that wont cost a fortune once it has FG printed on it?

Cheers Carol

In my experience, some of the most sticky situations I've encountered was easily removed with Baking soda. Not sure how you plan to apply your remover or if you will be manually rubbing the surface to remove the gum, but I worked in kitchens and those are not the cleanest places, as much as we'd like them to be at least. A baking soda paste with water and soap work wonders.

Then again, restaurants are not manufacturing plants. Hope this helped.
