Has anyone know something about the dealing with pesticide residues?

I know one laboratory consumable, QuEChERS, is for dealing with the  pesticide residues in food, Hope this helps.

OP, you may need to be a bit more specific as to what you mean by "dealing with" - is this analytical methods, analytical frequency (risk assessment?), investigation/corrective action where residue limits have been exceeded, management of growers...?

What is it that you are trying to tackle when it comes to pesticide residue? 

in what way you can test how much  pesticide residue iremains in your food, like bananas,, apples....

What sort of analytical facilities do you have access to?
Unless you're quite lucky with the amount of lab kit that you've got, I'd simply send to an external lab with a scope of accreditation that covers the testing.

It's usually detected using Gas or Liquid chromatography- Mass Spectroscopy.
