Hey folks,

New to the site, new to the profession of food safety. I'm transitioning into this role in my organization. I've been a production coffee roaster for a Fair Trade/Organic ATO for a little over 4 years, but now I'm taking the skills I've learned being in production and my collegiate science background and focusing them into food safety and preparing our facility for the next stages of certification.

Cheers,
Kevin

Welcome Kevin - interestingly enough just opened a fresh bag of local Ruiz coffee and brewing up some for after dinner with some MCT powder and heavy cream!

One of the perks to living in an area of coffee growing - the bags of coffee just arrived from the roaster a day or so ago.

Best to you.

Coffee Roaster is the perfect place to start and to understand concepts with very little risk involved!
