Can anyone send sample copy of Management Review Meeting inputs with detail.

Hi ,

 

What you do is follow the inputs as in clause 9.3.2  also  include output as per clause 9.3.3 .  Have an attendance sheet , circular notice about the meeting  containing the agenda . 

 

We are switching over to new standard in the coming months , will post what I have done .
