Hi, 

First and foremost thing is that the objectives shall be measurable, some of the objectives we have set in our organizations are

1. To achieve GMP score of >96%,

2. To reduce food safety customer complaint by 20% than previous year,

3. To reduce machine breakdown time by 15% than previous year.

 

You can also consider, (a) to achieve zero food safety related customer complaint or to reduce customer complaint by xx % than previous year. (b) To achieve zero product recall. © To reduce product wastage by xx % than previous year and so on...
