Hello!

I'm initiating the PRP implementation on my wife's bakery and I'm thinking after doing our audits, I'll need to be able to keep track of what needs to be done/fixed/changed and I thought "action plans". Would anyone recommend some other tool for this?

This is a small bakery, we are not going for any certification as of now, but since I have a small experience with major food industries, I'm trying to get everybody familiar with food safety and thought about starting with the prerequisites program.

Thanks!

The details, and the scope (ie range of functions), tend to vary with  FS Standard.

Here is a semi-generic listactivities for some basic PRPs originally developed for, I think, SQF.  (Credit to Parkz)

PS - JFI, the interpretation  for Va/Ve also varies with FS Standard.

Several Canadian government sites were very helpful in offering generic prp lists.
OMFRA in Ontario, and MAPAQ in Quebec - french only. Were very helpful on getting us started.
