I would Ask about Auditing of ISO 22000:2005

My Documentation of FSMS Issuing Date is 1/2/2019, will the auditor require to audit my Company Implementation from this Date or Can it be acceptable  Implementation started from 1/5/2019.

Hopefully the below answers yr query although I suggest you confirm with yr relevant CB auditor.

January 1, 2020 -

 

Date before which no FSSC 22000 version 5 audits or ISO 22000: 2018 audits will be conducted, and after which no FSSC 22000 version 4.1 audits or ISO 22000: 2005 audits will be conducted.

i want to explain that i'm not asking about ISO 22000:2018 Transition, It's the first time to my company seeking to be ISO 22000:2005 Certified.

so, I ask here will the Auditor want To See records that reverse The Implementation Of the Issuing Date Of Documentation, Or we Can Show That we Started Implementation 3 Months Later (Is That Acceptable)

- Our Initial Audit Will Be Conducted Next Wednesday 18/9/2019
