Could you please kindly share a HACCP plan for washing/fungicide/waxing process? I really need to see how do you the risk assessment for it? 

Fruits come from farm

Sorted

Washed ( PAA)

wax and fungicide 

drying 

scanning for quality 

sorting 

boxing
