Hello,

Are you completely new to HACCP? Or need specific advice about part of it, or implementing?

What kind of help? Did you undergo a HACCP training?

Hi to everyone in here.

I like to join to this conversation and ask bit more about HACCP,

yes I now something little bit about it, but in my new place is a bit of mess.

So i like to ask to someone where can i get some PDF to look in to in more depth.

Thanks.

Kostalio.

Hi CaseyCasey, if your job role is centred around HACCP and food safety then your best bet is to undergo some form of HACCP training as a matter of urgency. Not sure how it works where you're from but here in the UK a basic (level 2) HACCP online training course can cost something in the region of £30 and will give you the basic info needed to get your system up and running. Usually takes around 6 hours but can be knocked out in 3 if you're able to grasp he concepts quickly or have prior knowledge of the workings of a food safety system.

Good luck
