Could someone please give me a guide on how to implement ISO 22000: 2018, they would share the standard with me. thank you

I think the ISO standard is copyrighted so should not be shared here. The below link may have some info/attachment that can help a little. The full standard you will need to purchase from ISO.org

@Zanorias is right about the ISO 22000 document being copy righted.
The standard also have about four (or there about) technical specification which specifies the application of the ISO 22000 standard in Manufacturing (ISO/TS 22002-1), Catering (ISO/TS 22002-2), Farming (ISO/TS 22002-3), etc. You may also consider taking an ISO 22000 Implementation Course in your country.
