Hello every one good day!

Currently working in a desiccated coconut manufacturing industry. Can anyone please provide me the proper concentration of sodium hypochlorite we use in washing the peeled raw coconut? or any one can provide standard or applicable regulation.

Thank you..

Hi C.K. Lavador

The washing of raw coconut is not different to washing of any other fresh produce.

You need 200 ppm conc. of free chlorine in your washing tank and the product must be in contact with the chlorine solution for at least one minutes

Kind regards
