Is this for a specific food safety / certification standard?

Some will have particular requirements/ideas.

Hi Fijiball,

 

I deduce this is for BRC8/Food.

 

The "template" is essentially the generic decision tree included in the (freely downloadable) Standard. Do you have it already ?

 

If yes, as per previous Post, please feel free to request an analysis for a specific product/ process flow. (there are several examples scattered about this Forum already).

I just took the appendix 2 from BRC v8 standard, wrote out every room name in rows, on top in columns I put questions from appendix 2, then "yes/no" in every room row and "conclusion" low risk/high risk etc. And approved it at our haccp meeting. Hope this helps
