Hi, I'm in food manufacturing as regulatory. In clause 6, we have to address risk and opportunity.

Can you guys give me some tips about risk in regulatory department?

Jobdesc as regulatory are fulfilment spec with country regulation (such as label tho)

thanks

Hi

I think the most important risk in this part is lack of or the weakness of the required knowledge and expertise from different industries.

Clause 6.1 refers to those risks that will affect the safety of the food and not a designation.  The entire standard deals with food safety and also the risks associated with producing a safe product and opportunities as a result of improvement through the adoption of improved practices.

The question that is being asked will most likely fall under clause 4.1 of the standard, where you identify that as an internal issue and should come up with a means to correct it.
