Hi All,

What is the best practice on date marking.

In our fresh food area, lots of items are prepared, bottles opening, tetra packs using etc.

Normally we are using date guns for giving production & expiry date.

I was just wondering what is the best practice for date marking

Either only give the production date so that we can understand how long they are using the product. or must give both production & expiry date.

It will depend to an extent on what the products are, and where you're selling them - in some places it is a legal requirement to include an expiry date.
