Hi Thulile, 

Welcome to the forum. Perhaps you could be more specific?

"Management of Change" is a rather broad topic. 

It could be something as simple as a change in packaging, or a new product development or a new production line.

must provide a procedure in managing changes and how you communicate them internally and client
